About

Saco Bay Systems is one operator with twenty-two years of running things.

I’m Jason. I’ve spent the last two decades running operations in live music — booking shows, advancing tours, settling box office reports, managing artists, building venues from rough drafts. The kind of work where you have to be three places at once, the customer’s already in line, and the answer is usually “yes, and we’ll figure it out” because no isn’t an option.

That’s where SBS comes from. Every small business owner I know is running ten roles. The biggest win isn’t more hours; it’s offloading the operational grind so the work that only you can do gets the time it deserves.

Why agents

Most software makes you the expert. Agents flip that — you say what you need; they do the work. For an owner who doesn’t have time for another login, that’s the difference.

I’m not interested in agents as a concept. I’m interested in agents that solve a specific problem on a specific Tuesday for a specific business. That’s what SBS builds.

Why Local

AI consulting is becoming a faceless industry — Slack DMs from a stranger in another time zone, generic playbooks from companies that have never met a small business. SBS is the opposite of that. Owner-run, Saco-based, built for the working owners who run the economy you can actually drive to — the contractors, the shop owners, the local services, the people whose Tuesday looks like five fires and three customers and one bookkeeping question that’s been open for a month.

The lighthouse on the mark is intentional. A lighthouse isn’t a beacon for everyone — it’s a beacon for the people coming home. SBS is that, for small business operators.
