Pricing approach
Pricing comes after the first meeting.
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute coffee meeting. We learn what’s slowing you down. You learn whether agents are actually a fit. If they are, you get a fixed-fee written proposal within two weeks — exact scope, exact number, exact timeline.
How the price gets set
The three tiers (Starter, Full Team Build, Operator Retainer) each have a price band. The exact number for your project depends on:
- How many agents we’re building
- What systems we’re integrating with (your CRM, scheduling tool, email platform, etc.)
- Whether we’re working in your tech stack or building one for you
- How much custom training data we need to gather and structure
- Whether the engagement includes ongoing support or it’s a one-time hand-off
What you can expect
- Fixed-fee proposals — no hourly billing, no surprise scope creep, no “discovery phase” billed at higher rates
- Two-step pricing — first the free 30-minute coffee meeting, then a written proposal with exact scope and number
- Tied to outcome — the proposal includes what “done” looks like. If we don’t hit it, we don’t bill the final milestone
- Receipts and a 1099 / W9 on file — we’re a real Maine business, not a side project
The coffee meeting
30 minutes. No slides. No pitch. We talk about what’s slowing you down and whether agents are a fit. If they are, you’ll have an estimate within two weeks of the call. If they aren’t, I’ll tell you that too — and probably point you at something simpler that would actually solve your problem.
