What to write
Don’t overthink the email. The most useful thing you can include is one or two sentences about what’s eating your time. “Our intake is a mess and I spend three hours a week answering the same five questions” is a perfect first email. We can take it from there.
What happens next
- Reply within a few business days
- Quick exchange to make sure agents are a fit (sometimes they aren’t — we’ll tell you that)
- 30-minute coffee meeting on the calendar — your time zone, your preferred call tool
- Written proposal within two weeks if it’s a fit
